The plain-English version: This is the agreement that covers your use of our website. By using the site, you agree to play nice (no scraping, no ripping off our content), you understand that what we publish is for general info and isn’t a guaranteed result, and any disputes get handled in Texas. Our service work is governed by a separate signed agreement.
